Women in Construction Campaign

The California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) created a program to help more women get into trade jobs. Only 4 out of every 100 construction workers in California are women. DIR gave $26 million to 25 programs to train women for jobs like carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. These programs also provide childcare, apprenticeships, and women safety resources. I had the opportunity to create a campaign branding and materials promoting women and non-binary individuals to apply for trade apprenticeships or jobs. Images are real women working in trade.
